Tea

EN: I wanted to make a regular ginger tea today but I started experimenting and actually came up with pretty good "something-like-a-tea" :D If that makes any sense.
I gotta be honest though - I did really like it but my mom ... well ... hated it! :D So no promises that you will be the lucky ones and like it. It's super easy though so you can just try it and then tell me what you think about it! ;-)

Ingredience: (pro 2/3 šálky)

pytlíček černého čaje (uvařit do 300ml vody)
2x čajová lžička medu
10g nastrouhaného zázvoru
150ml mléka
1x čajová lžička šťávy z citronu
1x čajová lžička mleté skořice

Postup:

Uvaříme černý čaj a nastrouháme do něj zázvor. Přidáme med, šťávu z citrónu a skořici. Vše dobře promícháme a necháme chvilku odstát. Poté přidáme mléko (řekla bych tak 2/3 = 2 mléko/ 3 čaj do jednoho hrnku).
A voilá - čaj a la Christina From Prague je na světě. :D
Dobrou chuť!

Ingredients (for 2/3 cups)

300 ml of black tea
2x tea spoons of honey
10g of grated ginger
150ml of milk
1x tea spoon of juice from a lemon
1x tea spoon of ground cinnamon

Process:

Make the tea and add grated ginger. Mix in honey, juice from the lemon and cinnamon. Let the tea absorb the ingredients well and then add the milk (I'd say 2/3 = 2 of milk/ 3 of tea for one cup).
Voilá - tea a la Christina From Prague is done. :D
Bon appétit!
